Interesting site that keeps pretty current on sandbox games, wanted to share the link in case any hadn't seen it.

They just announced an Elder Scrolls MMO. I've never played any of those games but the head guy came from DAoC and it sounds like it might have some RvR or PvP focus.
 
One of the best, if not the best single player RPG imo. I've always wanted to see what a elder scrolls game would be like in a MMO setting. It definitely has the potential to be pretty great. If they keep to their roots, combat should be pretty similar to combat in darkfall.
 
Archage, Perpetuum and ES online looked good, the whole 3 factions thing that ES has going on could be fail tho...
 
It looks like Elder Scrolls is just trying to copy the world of warcraft type game, which is okay but why not stick to their game and come up with something original. Nothing is ever going to be a "WoW killer" if they keep trying to copy WoW.

Either way I would probably give Elder Scrolls MMO a try. Apparently there is a Skyrim Multiplayer already (www.skyrim-online.com)
