I'm old school -S- cloud and currently in Legion of Doom on Uogamers. My friends and I are creating an old school based uo shard mainly preuor. The idea is to bring back all the network of chesa guilds together to replicate those old memories we all once shared together. We plan to work together with you guys and the rest of the chesa guilds such as Oin,-S-,Nfz,Dnd,AoD,LoD,A*G. So that we can take your suggestions to make this the best possible shard we have all been waiting for. Because in reality if you guys come and every other chesa guild comes it causes a chain reaction of fun. We plan to leave the best house spots reserved for each guildmaster thats dedicated to try our server and help make this happen. We will set each guild up and make sure their suggestions are taking into account. We also plan to have a memorial in the brit GY with all the guilds that merit mentioning as uo history. Each graveyard will have an inscription such as "HEre lies KoC etc. LoD is a sure thing in this project and we hope to add you and the rest of the chesa community to the list. We plan to bring old deceit pvp back by promoting trammies to go in search of rares only available in dungeons, this brings back the old reds vs blue at deceit and chaos/order battles.

No harm spam(add Delay)
Nullify damage on mindblast

Can recall at any given time.
Mounts move at same speed as players
Gm weapons are more durable
Magical weapons will last based on prefix
No bolas
Explosion pot timer starts on the ground
Wands useless for pvp combat
No magic jewelry
Stats cannot exceed 100 even when chugging pots
Area of effect spells (EQ, MS,CL) hits everyone around the person. Friendly/non.
No blades in pvp make it so that they go to friendly targets as well as enemy. Regardless of where the blade was casted. As it was in T2A era.

No faction point Atrophy or timely gains.
Newly joined players may not lose or receive points until 48 hours
Players cannot gain points of res kills

Two term process for faction commanders.
One vote per IP for faction commander.
One faction per IP
Max 4 guards are purchasable by Sheriff
Faction with most captures at end of month receive gold prizes.
Wining faction commander receives gold prizes at end of two week term if atleast 60% of faction members vote in gump.
Dungeons and Spawns
Newly acquired rares are not blessed upon receiving them. If obtained in dungeon player cannot hide, cast invis, recall or enter gates until he or she exist the dungeon. If rare is acquired from random outdoor spawn a 15 minute timer will take into effect upon reception.
Deceit, each room (zombie,boneknight,bone mages,liches,fire elemental and lich lords, poison eles) will have a minor boss that has a minimal chance of dropping a rare(minor rare). Every other dungeon including deceit will have a main boss that has a slighty but very remote chance of dropping a rare.
Covetious and t2a will be the only two spawns for nightmares.
(Reavers) Special random anywhere spawn humanoid boss. He is very black in appearance moves faster than players, chases at fast pace and high AI. Has the biggest chance in game to have a rare thought it is very slim. Very hard to kill impossible to solo. Requires ingenuity to escape, idea is to cause panic to the player and seek assitance from fellow adventurers. should be a very challenging boss to defeat. Requires atleast 6 people to slay him.
Orc scout spawns- drops shadow hue orcish bows.
Orc camps with chest and caged escorts. should respawn every hour scattered widely across map locations.
Traped locked chests with loot in dungeons.

Housing
Two week house timers
No ban option
No placing trash barrels or lockdown/secure items near doors or teles. No closing in areas using lockdowns, one tile must be allways open.
Meteor and chainlighting radious will be extremely reduce when targeting a house hold, will hit only those close to the door.
Tents will be implemented
Locked housedoors can only be unlocked with gm lockpicking.
No remove thyself option.
Small houses can be placed on top of towers.
Houses will be able to be placed on top of yew cryptz.
Keeps and castles as well as anything above 17x17 will be taxed. Failure to pay taxes results in a 2% chance of decay for each day the tax is not paid.
Anyone with reaching a certain ammount of wealth will also be taxed.
No house placement within 15 tiles of moongates.
No house placement around brit graveyard.
Bounty System
Ip of person collecting bounty must be different from the person whos bounty is being collected.
Person who places bounty must deputy or sanction a bounty hunter by either assignning a bounty hunter or choosing from a list of registered bounty hunters.
For each day bounty is not collected taxes will be used to make the bounty rise.
Miscellaneous
Implement exploding mushrooms, that do 5-10 damge in the woods. When stepped on.
Clean up brittania will include vet rewards as prizes including cbd's,hair dyes and cash as highest prize. Will be very hard to accumate points even for the smallest of prizes.
Implement Iron ore only.
Pvp skill gains will be fast, other skills will be very difficult to raise.
Implement power hour.
Implement taming two WW at once.
Vet rewards will become cash prizes.
Red towns will Include bucs, and occlo.
No bonded pets.
When using begging skill person gains 25% of ammount the person has in hand. be it check or gold. May only use this on same person once. Upon using the skill 5 times per day person goes perma grey.
60 tamer and Lore required to own mare.
Implement Lotery 10k per ticket. 1 mil grand prize.

Players creating new characters can pick which osi shard inscription they would like on their newbified shirt. Or the option "True UO is the shit".
